Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 268 be returned to second reading for the purpose of amendments. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was not offered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Eastman: 2022-02-14 House Journal Page 1844 Page 1, line 9, through page 2, line 2: Delete all material and insert: "within two years of expiration of the license." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Merrick objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Representative Nelson moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and he was required to vote.
